Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2, 2026
This policy explains what Three Phase Marketing collects through threephasemarketing.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only.
The short version
We collect what you type into the audit form, plus ordinary server logs, plus anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics. We use it to reply to you and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell it, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we run no advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the audit form, we receive:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Whatever you write in the project details field
All five are needed to reply with a scope and a price. If you would rather not put them in a form, email us instead and we will work from that.
Information collected automatically
Our web server keeps standard request logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. These are used to operate the site, diagnose faults, and detect abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with the form data.
Separately, Google Analytics records anonymous usage statistics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. It is there to tell us which pages are worth keeping, not to identify you.
When you submit the form, our spam protection also records technical signals about the submission so we can tell a person from an automated script.
Cookies and storage on your device
This site uses a small number of first-party cookies, and no third-party advertising ones:
- Google Analytics sets
_gaand_ga_<id>to tell one visit apart from another and to measure which pages are used. These expire after about two years and hold a randomly generated identifier, not your name or email. - If you dismiss the promotional bar at the top of the page, we save a single value in your browser's local storage so it stays closed next time. It records nothing but the fact you closed it and never leaves your browser.
Clearing your browsing data removes all of it. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
What this site does not do
- No advertising cookies, retargeting, or ad pixels
- No cross-site or cross-device tracking, and no advertising profile built about you
- No session recording, heatmaps, or keystroke capture
- No selling or renting of personal information
- No sharing of your information for anyone else's marketing
- No automated decision-making about you
How we use what we collect
- To answer your inquiry and prepare the audit, scope, timeline, and price you asked for
- To follow up about that inquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work
- To keep the site available, secure, and free of spam and abuse
- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply
We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of a form submission. If we ever start sending a newsletter, it will be something you opt into separately.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, under contract, and not for their own purposes:
- Our form processing and email delivery provider, which receives the form submission, stores it so we do not lose your inquiry, and delivers the notification email to us
- Cloudflare, for spam protection on the form, for DNS, and for forwarding email sent to addresses on this domain
- Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used. It receives your IP address (which Google truncates before storing), the pages you view, and general device and location information at city level. It does not receive what you type into the form, and we have not enabled Google Signals or any advertising features.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server the site is served from
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the rights and safety of others.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States and our providers process this information in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and handled there.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to deal with your inquiry and, where it leads to work, for as long as our records of that work are needed. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information about you we hold
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email privacy@threephasemarketing.com and we will respond. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that we do not hand your details to someone else. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
If you are a California resident
You have the rights above, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area
We handle your information either because you asked us to (to respond to your inquiry and take steps toward a contract) or because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. In addition to the rights above you may object to or restrict our processing, ask for your information in a portable format, and complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything highly sensitive, such as passwords, account numbers, or identification documents, through the form.
Children
This site sells services to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another company's website, that site has its own privacy practices and this policy does not apply to it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so here rather than quietly revise it.
