What this site is

This is a marketing website for Three Phase Marketing, which builds websites and does search work for electrical contractors. The content here describes services in general terms. It is information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site creates a contract between us on its own.

The free site audit

We offer a free, limited review of an existing website. A few things to be clear about:

• It is free and comes with no obligation on either side. Requesting one does not commit you to buying anything, and it does not commit us to taking on the work.
• It is limited in scope. It is a review of what we can see from the outside, not a full audit, a security assessment, or a guarantee that we have found every problem with your site.
• It is a promotional offer. We can change or withdraw it at any time, and any date shown on the site is the date the current offer is intended to run until.
• We may decline a request, including where the business is not an electrical contractor, where we already work with a competitor in the same market, or where we do not have capacity.

Findings we give you are our opinion based on the information available at the time. Acting on them is your decision.

Results and figures

We do not guarantee results. Search rankings, traffic, call volume, and the number of jobs a website produces depend on your market, your competitors, your pricing, your reputation, how you handle the leads you get, and on search engines whose behavior is outside anyone's control.

Any figures, statistics, example results, sample search rankings, or illustrations shown on this site are illustrative. They describe the kind of outcome the work aims at and are not a forecast, a benchmark, or a promise of what your business will achieve. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a prediction of results.

Pricing shown on this site

Prices on this site are indicative starting points to help you judge whether we are in your range. They are not a quote. The price for your project is the one in the written proposal we send you, and only that.

If we work together

Paid work is governed by the separate written proposal and agreement for that project, covering scope, timeline, price, payment terms, and ownership of the work. These website terms do not govern paid work, and where they differ from a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

• Submit the form with false details, or on someone else's behalf without their permission
• Use the form to send advertising, spam, or anything unlawful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or interfere with its operation
• Scrape or bulk-copy the site's content, or use it to train a model, without our permission
• Copy the site's design, copy, or code for use in a competing offering

We may block access to anyone doing these things.

Our content

The text, design, layout, code, and graphics on this site belong to us or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

The website mockups shown in the featured work section are presented as examples of the kind of site we build. Where any third party's name, mark, or work appears anywhere on this site, it remains the property of its owner, and its appearance does not imply their endorsement of us.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send through the form. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: reviewing your site, preparing a response, and following up. You confirm you are entitled to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please do not send confidential information through the form.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any website we link to. Linking to a site is not an endorsement of it.
